Warm Fuzzies

I logged into Facebook last week and one of my friends had posted the video below. It has such a great message I wanted to share it with you. Although it has some religious overtones, I hope you can appreciated the lesson on the value of service. As a parent I am always looking for help teaching my children values. I showed this video during our weekly family meeting. My kids were so touched that we all decided that we would start using warm fuzzies in our home. As you can see in the picture above, my daughter decorated a canning jar and I printed out a sheet of paper to keep track of our acts of service. You probably can't read the list, but the first item on the list was posted by Emma. It says "Gave Gibson a hug!" That's a pretty good start!

Thank you for sharing this touching video. I can remember we have done this in church many years ago and it is not yet too late to introduce at home now.
